1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Touch Spot or using our website at touchspot.ca, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Touch Spot provides professional automotive detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, paint protection film and polishing services at our studio located at 11-1350 Wharncliffe Rd S, London, Ontario, Canada.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone or Instagram.
• We will confirm your booking within 1 hour during business hours.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, e-transfer and major credit cards. Prices are quoted before work begins and we will not proceed without your approval.

6. Vehicle Care and Liability

• You are responsible for removing personal belongings from your vehicle before drop-off.
• Touch Spot takes reasonable care of all vehicles but is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• We will conduct a vehicle inspection before beginning any work and document pre-existing conditions.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of collection so we can address your concerns appropriately.

8. Website Use

All content on touchspot.ca is for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission. We reserve the right to modify our website and services at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
